The word “member” describes a participant or customer relationship and does not automatically mean a shareholder.
2. Benefits and availability
Working-capital assistance, digital-payment support, protection and skill-development activities depend on eligibility, availability and the relevant programme or provider’s terms. Descriptions are not guarantees of approval, insurance cover, settlement time, training or future financial support. Ask your branch to confirm what is currently available and any conditions or charges.
3. Your branch connection
Rinsetu’s branches are company-owned and field agents work under their respective branches. Member enquiries, formal arrangements and agent recruitment are handled at branch level. The website does not accept applications, payments or documents. Verify the representative and payment channel independently before any transaction.
4. Documents and decisions
Website descriptions and indicative amounts are not an offer or an agreement. Before accepting any formal support, obtain and understand the applicable approved documents, including the KFS and agreement where relevant.
